There is no absolute way to prevent all mouth ulcers. But it might help to avoid foods that irritate your mouth, including acidic and spicy foods. See your dentist to determine if any dental hardware or teeth may be irritating your mouth. Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet and supplement as necessary. Try to reduce your stress and always maintain good oral hygiene. See your doctor if you are experiencing frequent mouth ulcers.
